Platinum Commercial Coatings was created by father and son team John and Dave Smith in 2006 after many years of working on their own projects.With over 50 year’s experience and extensive knowledge of all painting aspects, John and Dave established a fabulous reputation within the field.With Dave’s passion and leadership, a successful industry leading company was formed with a diverse skill set in all facets of painting.Our expertise and professionalism in the industry has gained us the respect of leading construction companies working on many prestigious projects across WA.Here at Platinum, we pride ourselves on a above industry standard finish where quality is never compromised.“The right finish from the start”Our dedication to making a difference means we use Dulux Enviro paint systems low in VOC content for each project. Platinum’s focus on sustainability also has us working closely with Dulux in a recycling program taking old containers to make everyday painting and decorating items such as roller trays, pots and stirring sticks. This program ensures 1000s of kilograms of plastics are kept out of landfill each year. We look forward to expanding our efforts and working with Carbon Neutral to help revegetate local country with their Plant-a-tree program. Our initial contribution of 1000 trees, followed by regular donations to ensure the on going planting of mixed native species in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor.
