1. Carbon Neutral Ltd (“CN”) is a not for profit registered charitable organisation that was initiated by Men of the Trees Inc, (“MOTT”) Western Australian Branch.
2. Carbon Neutral in South Australia ("CN") is represented by not for profit organisation Trees For Life Inc ("TFL").
3. Directors are elected at the AGM or other General Meetings and shall hold office for a period of three years.
4. To carry out its work CN raises funds from organisations and the general public.
5. Funds so raised are allocated by CN to fulfill the objects of its constitution.
From November 2007 to August 2010 Trees For Life Incorporate (TFL) worked with Carbon Neutral to manage the South Australian component of our program. TFL will continue to be responsible for the sites established for the program in SA during this period and will continue to report on the progress of each site through this website.
